Step 1
Apply several tablespoons of olive oil to damp hair. Massage the oil into the scalp. Use a wide-tooth comb to evenly distribute the oil. For longer treatment, place a plastic cap on your head, and leave the oil in your hair overnight. The hair will be deeply conditioned, and the oil will prevent breakage and split ends.
Step 2
Peel and place one to two white onions in a blender. Mix to a fine paste. Strain the onion juice from the mixture. Add two eggs to the mixture and blend well. Apply the mixture to your hair once a week, allowing it to sit for 10 minutes before rinsing.
Step 3
Regularly visit the salon or barber to trim split ends. Hair that is healthy will grow faster than damaged hair. Trim hair every six to eight weeks.
Step 4Rub and massage the scalp for two to three minutes daily, longer if desired. Blood flow and circulation will increase in the scalp, resulting in increased stimulation and hair growth.
Step 5
Eat healthy foods that are rich in vitamins such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Leafy spinach and broccoli are recommended. Take a multivitamin daily. Make sure you sleep seven to eight hours a day.
